Arunea, or Runee as her brother affectionately call her, had been sitting in a patch of bushes when she heard the voices. It had become a soothing habit to sit in the greenery near what she was told was a castle. Something about the feelings that emanated from the castle made her think of warmth and happiness, two emotions she would never be without. Her hand, seconds before caressing the new buds on the shrubs, stilled as she heard a woman's voice that wasn't familiar to her. This wasn't the same girl that lived in the castle, her voice held a different ring to the girl's ear. This girl was hurting, that much Runee could tell; and the feeling she was getting bothered her. This wasn't a wound she could heal. The half-angel shifted her wings until they had stretched to their full length, brushing up the side of the wall. "I wonder why she's coming here." surely the girl didn't have any angel blood in her, she wouldn't be able to feel the magic around the home. Taking a quiet initiative, the girl felt her way along the rose bushes. To the untrained eye she looked much like an awkward small bird, and as such completely harmless and unimportant. The angel hoped the situation would be the same in Leroy's case. She could no longer distinctly recognize the man from the magic all around them, so if he did detect her and be less than welcoming to her presence, Runee was all but positive she wouldn't be able to escape. A small itch in the back of her head told her this would have been a much better plan if her brother had been with them. He may not have been able to miniaturize himself, but a working pair of legs and actual sight would be useful when avoiding detection. Ignoring the small ball of fear, she focused in on the hurting girl. It was easy to detect her, she flooded the area with the pain. Carefully she made her way closer to the girl, hoping she would be able to slip into a pocket or a fold somewhere. She may not have the power to heal emotional damage, but something told her to stick by this girl; maybe her powers could help somehow.

Brie's flabbergasted expression sharpened a warmth inside of Leroy, expanding into a disarray of emotions that slowly contorted into overly excited feelings giving him a familiar flutter inside of his stomach. A strange excitement arose in him and an anxious feeling poised through his body language as he kept escorting her throughout the bend pathway. As his hand caressed through the silky feel of green leaves, his eyes reverted from her countenance to stare at the empty place where Arunea would be, getting a prodding feeling underneath his skin and a new sense pulsating in his mind but the thoughts were to be completely disregarded and dismissed as his unusual disconnection with the outside world. "Glad you like it."
As he finally approached, still guiding her, toward the French doors, his hand produced a small heart shaped guitar pick with engraved letters in elegantly gradient grays spanning to a light steel silvery color and proceeded to open the door. After opened, his form sidestepped in front of her to hold the larger door, keeping half of his body outside and half of it inside of the small meeting room of the castle where a set of stairs could be seen at your immediate left, to the middle was a spacious hallway for at least five or more people to walk in wide wise, and following to the right was a cozy, inviting waiting room with relaxing neutral colors and simple coffee tables and others that followed the combining trend of the chairs which were imprinted with an elegant, warm coloured design. Somewhere behind the wall that covered the little space of the waiting room was the adjoin extent to the kitchen, which was non important and irrelevant to the matter now. "This is our little humble abode." His violet orbs, with a stealing glance, fell over the bottom of the stairs to spy a normal flair of wild red, causing a smile to twitch on both corners of his lips. His sister had heard him.
The stunning goddess glided across the space between the stairs and her brother with this newcomer, who had a torn look plastered all over her. Her stained lips kept the graceful, immaculate and inviting smile of always warming the rest of her countenance as straight locks stumbled across her shoulders which were slightly covered by a small piece of fabric flaring out of her spread out halter. The beige halter was combined with black, slim hugging jeans and a pair of her favorite silver strap stilettos. Silvery jingles accessorized her arms and her usual silver necklace with two rings decorated the upper half of her body. "We have a guest, Leroy?" Her melodic voice resounded as, with faint little clicks, the woman approached with careful slowness to her brother, Leroy leaning in to kiss his sister's forehead. "Hey sis. This is Brie. She needs a place to crash." Icy ceruleans focused on this pretty little woman holding a naive stance next to her younger brother. Her painted lashes squinted, creating a more define feline shape to her eyes before they regained their original form, her tainted lips pulling into a remarkable smile. Her charisma portrayed in many different ways, and set aside her duties as Goddess, her sweetness and humble hospitality were things hard to avoid. "Of course she can stay. You can have the last room on the right across from mine upstairs. It's prepared specifically for a girl with a variety of clothing in a walk in closet, feel free to roam through them. Under garments are in a separate comparment below the first level of clothing, shoes are to another adjoining room in shelves. Accessories are in drawers where your vanity mirror is along with a wide span choice of make up and toiletries. The second door nearest to your bed is the bathroom." Before the stunning woman became breathless, her chest gave a little rise before composing back into her still form, smiling. "Tell Leroy what you want for dinner, he'll tell Lukas and at 6, we can have everything ready for dinner gathering."

Brie was surprised at how gorgeous everything was. The room was so detailed with all the engravings and the colors and the view. She couldn't believe the wonderful place she was in. She felt she didn't belong, but Leroy's voice brought her back. Brie felt safe for the first time in a long time and her heart didn't ache. Her mind was off of her ex-boyfriend for once and she wasn't craving for something sharp. Brie was just Brie and she was almost back to normal. Well, Brie felt that she was normal. What she didn't know was that she had a long ways to be repaired before anyone could call her normal because her world had shattered when Leroy's sister had entered the room. She felt like she was everything she wasn't. Not to mention when Leroy's sister had spoken she felt like a sword had struck through her heart. She wasn't sure what to think when she had told her everything about the room. Brie looked down and a depressed look had formed in her green eyes. "I don't want to feel like I am imposing," she said softly. "I couldn't impose..." Brie felt like trash in the house. Her ex-boyfriend had cheated on her with a beautiful, rich woman. She looked at Leroy and felt guilty. "I don't think I should be here..." Brie whispered. "I don't feel like I belong." Brie looked down and wanted to be alone . She wanted to crawl into a hole and maybe finally end her life. Her eyes watered and she sniffled. She didn't realize there was someone in her pocket, but she placed her hand in her pocket and gasped when she felt Arunea. "What is this?" Brie asked as she pulled the girl out of her pocket. Avril Lavigne had finally made her way back to Lestat. She wondered how he was. She had traveled to Romania to find herself and protect Lestat. Well, at least she thought she had protected Lestat. Avril hoped that he would understand. She found his house and sighed. The sun shone down on Avril and she was grateful that she had her long blond hair up in a pony tail. She wore a white tank top and black jeans with a studded belt. On her shoulders was a black back pack with some clothes and money. Possibly a water bottle too. Avril spotted Brie, Leroy, and another girl she didn't know walk inside the house. She took a deep breath and walked up to the door. She rang the doorbell and waited nervously. Avril hoped that Lestat would forgive her for disappearing. There were...Circumstances.

Her heart almost dropped out of her chest. The density of so much magic in one place meant one thing...She and Brie were not alone. Her wings itched to carry her away from the vampires. They were not like her brother at all. His aura was the vibrant orange of a creature that didn't ingest living blood. Leroy and his sister were dark red, churning with power. She curled her wings around her, still attempting to look like a harmless creature. A fact which was as close to the truth as one could come. She kept her mind tuned to the slight distortions in magic. "my name's Arunea." She spoke in a squeaky voice. The half angel almost jumped when she felt another presence move closer. Her heart beat against her ribs, so loud she was sure everyone in the room could hear it. a small trickle of relief wormed its way through her body as she realized it was another human. *Gabriel i wish you were here* she silently mourned. She knew her brother didn't stand a chance against these particular siblings, but he was her protector and she'd come to rely on him so much

The siblings expressions contorted to something along the same level of planes, making the resemblance between each other a little more exulting than anyone else would ever imagine. For the first time in their life, Lilly and Leroy, besides once upon a time finishing each other's sentences, had a similar comparison in denoting features that shadowed in unison at Brie's conclusion about how she felt. These vampires were so hospital to anyone that came along especially ones in desperate need like Brie showed to be. While the goddess felt a sudden ring of paranoia and self-consciousness at the girl's response, Leroy felt a little despair and resulting anger. He couldn't possibly fathom the reason why she wouldn't find comfort in this place. Again, he had been so tactless with humanity, he couldn't formulate the answer that the girl was probably overwhelmed with something like this novelty to her. Lilly could. Her stance picked up from her position to shadow next to her brother, her arm immediately flying over his shoulder and patting comfortingly. "Lee," she whispered, too low for anyone to hear unless they had heightened sense of hearing. Instead of insisting with words again, her features mimicked a child's plea, an undeniable thing for most men and vulnerability in people itself. Leroy couldn't contain the look, but something he still didn't grasp knitted an encounter of both his eyebrows in the middle, creasing his flawlessly smooth features. With one bob of his head, he turned back to Brie, the high pitched squeaky tone filling his ears, causing him to sidestep back from Brie and Arunea. "What is that?" He pointed, his expressions of immaturity surfacing through the placid mask he tried to hold for the girl in need. The red headed beauty approached to further examine this petite girl and a genuine smile beamed her all-too stunning features before a new presence filled the front door and let itself be known by the ring of a bell. "Excuse me," Lilly politely spoke in her sing song soprano before breezing towards the door, opening to her curiosity's fill. Her icy cerulean's fell on a new girl. It seemed that all these homeless girls were scouting towards her all-too offering kindness. "Hello." Her silvery voice came down a notch to not surprise this lost looking girl. "May I help you, miss?" The brilliant features of her face had a sweet girl's undertone and tender charisma presented in the silk, bell noise of her voice.

Brie looked from Leroy to Arunea. She noticed Leroy's sudden reaction and was confused by his actions. What was wrong with the creature? She thought the creature was tiny and cute. She shrugged at Leroy's question and sniffled. Suddenly, her killing thoughts were gone and she was interested in staying here. Brie was indecisve. Especially now that the one person in the world she had loved crushed her heart into oblivion.
"I never met her before." Brie answered truthfully.
Avril looked at the woman and adjusted her back pack. She smiled a little and nodded. "I think so," she replied. "I am looking for Lestat...We used to be friends."

vampires made Arunea very nervous, and now at being discovered by all the creatures in the room..she was terrified and a bit queasy. As soon as she sensed that the attention turned to the new human that had come, she spread her tiny wings and took off. however, instead of trying to reach the door, she burrowed herself in brie's hair. Sadness overwhelmed her senses until she could not hold it in any longer. She collapsed into a sneezing fit, sounding like a mouse being squeezed. (sorry for the really short post...i'm museless >.>)

[thanks for giving me a lot to work with? xD thanks a lot.]
Leroy's violet eyes kept flickering from the miniature think on Bree's hand to Bree's indecisive expressions arraying over her face from confusion to decision in one instant, causing his eyebrows to further pull in the middle in an almost questioning glare/squint. Her confession of not knowing what this thing was or who it was made him all the more wary - there were intruder in his house that finally knew how to enter their castle. That was an immediate threat, and his stance picked up to something more defensive. His lips had parted and sucked in a small little gust of wind to pick up his words, about to rebuke Arunea or whoever was enabled to listen but they were pressed tightly together in a hard line once again. The little person had already begun to flutter its wings and nestle inside the messy locks of his guest's hair as if scared by him, which brought him an inkling of satisfaction to twitch across his lips which was quickly placated away by his immediate mental voice prodding him to stop being tactless with strangers. Being reproached from humanity didn't mean he had to get pleasure from seemingly anti-social behaviors. His stance immediately dropped after the though smoothed his facial features, his left eyebrow slowly peaking at a lift. "I guess we won't find out anytime soon." A small little smile was provided, trying to be a bit warm and inviting for the girl's sake. Leroy had remembered Brie's never ending nerve attack due to her recent problematic situations and the least he could do was try and comfort the woman. That's one of the reasons he had brought her into his house as well.
The skin around the goddess' eyes tightened just the smallest, accentuating the feline shape of her eyes, her cerulean's shading the smallest into a darker blue color. Why did this stranger woman wanted to talk with her father? The thought brought her features to somewhat of a scrutinize and puckered some of her skin into confusion. No one had ever come by knocking at her door for her father but mostly for her instead and the person usually was her sweetheart guarding the nature's of her heart and most of her high spirited emotions. Her eyes flickered from the sky to watch Avril lingering by the threshold and studied her further. She was pretty, young and very charismatic looking, sort of like her only she had her delicious pink denotes and smell of a human, giving her the natural flawed beauty that Lilly sometimes cherished in her citizens. It separated from the rest of the world and made them unique; the strive off differences in each and every person's face was a silent muse for the stunning red-headed creature. Her head peeped inside, her blue's scattering up the spiral staircase nearby the lounging entrance before it once again returned to her first stand in front of the mystery girl claiming to be her father's friend. "Yes." Lilly's melodic soprano sang warmly accompanied by a heart breaking smile. "He's upstairs if you'd like to see him. I can guide you there if you'd like to come in?" Her eyes longingly offered.

Brie smiled at the small laughing fit and couldn't contain the giggle inside her any longer. She amused by the small creature until she realized that the creature had sneezed in her hair. Now she had unknown creature snot in her hair. Ewww. That was gross. Creature snot. Her face had twisted into a small, disgusted expression and then back to the numbness. She was happier than she had been and thought perhaps she should stay. One God closed a door, He opened a window. Brie remembered her grandmother's wise words. She missed her grandmother and wondered how she was doing. If one hadn't noticed, Brie was a random girl. Her mind never thought of one thing unless she was really upset. Even then, her thoughts remiained scattered. She looked over at Leroy and noticed his attack position. Why did he change so suddenly? What was the matter? Brie wondered. Then he changed back to a relazed state and that made her feel better. He didn't get what he had said, but she needed to focus on the creature in her hair.
"It's okay little one," Brie said in a motherly voice; sweet and gentle. "They won't hurt you. Leroy is nice. You can come out now." She offered her hand as a landing pad. "Come on out. You'll see-its alright."
Avril smiled at Lilly and nodded. "That would be nice." She needed to make the people feel comfortable around her again. A lot had changed about her. For one, she was the Queen Akasha's servant. She was allowed to live as long as she killed. Her victims haunted her every night. Sometimes even during the day. She was being punished for loving Lestat. She had given everything up to make sure he lived. A small light of hope burned in her heart. She hoped that he would forgive her. Her disappearance was for him and even then she didn't have a choice. She hated it when people looked at her strangely. She dressed normally now and that made even a few guys like her. Normality was a part of Avril's health. If she had no normality, she would go insane. So the fact that society somewhat accepted her again, made her feel better. There was color in her skin and she had taken care of herself. Like basic hygiene and whatnot. She started to go into the house and waited for Lilly to take her to Lestat. He probably hated her and she would have to explain what had happened to her. Avril didn't mind that.

The goddess watched calmly as Avril entered passed her French carved doors and awaited for her to be led to her father. And although the human girl had claimed being a distant friend of her father's, the dizzying beauty couldn't help but wonder what to make of her appearance, of someone who came looking strangely for her fathers. It had been centuries anyone came looking for her father and the only people that came around looking for her father were her, Leroy and maybe Caleb asking for the red-head's charismatic presence. With an absurd shake of her head, Lilly let the tendrils of red collect behind her shoulders before closing the door, letting the high heels click with muted paces across the distance between her and Avril. With a warming smile overwhelming her stained lips, Lilly flourished her wrist to signal the woman to follow her up the set of stairs that led to the upstairs hallway with a wide space enough for eight people to walk in a horizontal line. Leading through the carpeted pathway, Lilly's clad figure led up to a nearby door with an engraved 'L' in elegant golden Old English script text. Raising her hand, letting the silvery accessories jingle down the length of her arm, the angelic figure turned around instead, stopping herself before doing the obvious. "He knows he has a visitor. Just wait a few seconds until he opens the door to let you in. I'll go attend my brother's guest." Dipping her head into a bow, letting the crimson locks tumble over her shoulder and cascade richly into her chest, the woman exited courteously, leaving them some privacy. In a matter of a second, she was gone and already appeared downstairs. The door creaked lightly before opening, revealing a slightly tall man with his yellow hair tied neatly behind his head with a silk, glistening bow. His gray eyes inspected the new guest toes first, and when reaching the face, they reacted with a hardening contrast. "I don't think I need any business with you unless you're soliciting advertisement for your excuse for music." His voice prompted with a sharp acidic denote, no falters noted. The door instinctively closed in near him while his head and the remainder of his leaned body peeped in between.
Leroy watched as Brie so motherly talked to the small creature nestled in the depths of her blond hair. With a slight shrug, he watched further as she attempted to persuade the creature out, assuring that he wasn't of harm. So he was the cause of this apparent commotion and fret. How silly. Leroy could be the least of anyone's worries as long as they weren't the chosen meal for the night and creatures hadn't a particular appeal for the violet-haired boy's taste. "Yeah, what she said. I don't like creature blood anyway." His fairly built arms crisscrossed across his chest before folding into each other, faux-upset.

Avril sighed. She knew Lestat all too well. This would be his reaction. Still. She had to try. She had to try and make things right between them. Avril wanted him to understand that what she did was all for him. Everything she had done was for him. She endured torture for him. She killed for him. The least he could do, Avril thought was talk to her for a few minutes. Even if he didn't want to. The determination in her eyes gave her away, but she didn't care. She needed to fix this. And music...Oh the memories. She hadn't sung in years. The last time she tried to sing, Akasha almost killed her. Avril had dropped out of high school to go on her music career only to give it up later. Though before she had given it up, she had made several songs dedicated to Lestat. Avril never had the chance to sing them to him. That hurt a little. Okay, not a little, but a lot.
"Lestat let me explain please," Avril said with a little pleading in her voice, but not a lot. "What I did...I know you must hate me, but I did it for you. I can't speak out here though. I need to be indoors. There are spies watching me and I want to speak to you privately."
She wondered if the spies Akasha had sent were really watching her. If they were and discovered that she was here, she had put Lestat at risk. Though she would take his place. Avril was ready to do anything for him. Lestat was her first love and still had a good portion of her heart in his hands.
Brie smiled at Leroy. "See," she said. "You're safe."
She was glad that she wasn't at home. Well, there was no home fo her to go. The ex-boyfriend she had kicked her out when she had caught him with his other girlfriend in bed, making love. The memory hurt her and her knees wobbled. The guy had wrapped her around his finger. She had done everything he asked her to. Even if she didn't want to. So why did he cheated on her? Was she too predictable? Brie wondered. Had he made her too predictable? Perhaps she just bored him and he wanted someone new. Someone that was new and adventorous. The damned guy had made her leave her family! All for him. Brie started to shake a little, but she kept herself together. Not here. Not in front of all these people. Brie refused to cry. She refused to run again. She looked at the tiny creature.
"Seriously," Brie choked. Her voice betrayed her the pain that she was about to show. "It really is okay." Her eyes watered a little.

Lestat, still peeping through the creak of the door, narrowed his eyes at Avril who pleaded privacy because she was being supposedly watched. His gray eyes glanced down the hall and swept towards the downward length opposite to it before turning his look back in her direction with the same cold, tight expression of before. "I'd like to inform you that we are indoors and that we are in private. My room has a window," lightly pushing the door an inch away from his frame, the glowering man nonchalantly pointed behind him towards the curtained window, pointing the potential threat being at its worst according to her requests. His eyes then quickly darted in either direction of the hallway, subtly pointing out the lack of windows or outside intrusion. "So you can safely talk. I'm not sure if you're aware of my power and the power that binds this castle. This is my daughter's island. Any harm intended is futile. But sure, sure. Come in," speaking with the tight press of his lips, his hand pushed the door with his hand in the opposite direction until it slammed with force against the wall and disappeared into the confinements of his private room that his daughter had for him in this castle, slightly different from the smaller luxury of his mansion. Settling near the bed, Lestat began to fix around the cuffs over his wrist, letting the ruffle of the shirts protrude and cascade from the blue cuff of his velvet overcoat. This was probably the first time Avril had seen him in such elegant clothing thanks to his rock star career back then, but when inhabiting in the island, he had special treasures and positions he had to assume and how to assume them more than with the perfect attire. "Close the door behind you," the blond vampire called lightly, not bothering on glancing in her direction. Lestat couldn't believe she'd have the nerve to show up around and say that everything she did was for and and because of him. Brooding, the man scooted back and took off the blue overcoat, just keeping the pale gray vest and the white, old-century button up underneath it. Waiting for her to settle down, in haste, Lestat stood up and breezed immediately toward the window, and in another act of haste, lifted his arms, clutched the thin satin of the fabric hanging above the frame and pulled it in his direction, curtaining over the window, leaving them in somewhat darkness, taking care of the light in an act of another second. "Sit, please." Pulling forward a chair in a forceful mannerism, he accommodated it in such a way it faced the king sized bed.
