Most commonly known clans are vampires. Vampires identify themselves in clans, like werewolves separate themselves in packs. The difference is... there's no difference, just the wordings.
Clans can be created for anything however, everything is used with one person as the alpha leader and the followers. In a clan, powers are separated and get to be known to fill in anyone's blind spot and be used wisely.
