Board Description
Sanhaim Luna
[Pronounced sah - win].

SAMHAIN, a traditional celebration that takes place when the world starts to darken into winter, is believed that during the nominated day as "Samhain," the veil between the human world and the world of the dead becomes very thin. This gives you the opportunity to invite your ancestors over the veil to join in the feast. The following day in the calendar has no name; this is to stop the spirits from being trapped in our world, and to make the journey back over the veil much easier. Unfortunately after a mistake in the calender, it had been named twice, creating a warping, perpetual chain of repetition.

The grandeur event of the all Hallow's Eve celebration had been an original "day of the dead" welcome, praising such customs then to dress in mythical and fictitious creatures to blend into the cultural happenings as to pay a certain respect to their revival. Others were simply afraid of what the outcome of showing themselves in public might have been.

Welcome to every day Hallow's Eve with complementing, eternal darkness accompanied by a ghastly dismal. The sidewalks are usually decorated by trailing, carved JackO'Lanterns inclined to light your pathway or some elongated, dark lamp posts with little pumpkin-candlelight adumbrating more than they provide lighting. Beautiful arrays compounding of yellow's, orange's, black's and some white's here and there.
