((We'll see where this goes... I just wasn't sure how to start this... Let's give it a shot then.)) A banquet that occurs once yearly is scheduled to take place tonight, and its an all day event. Its 6:00 in the evening, and Rumasai is sitting outside, as if awaiting someone.
Rumasai was dressed nice. It wasn't frequent that he dressed up, but the occasion seemed worth the change for a day. <Time continues pressing forward... Where is she?> Rumasai thought to himself, looking at his watch.

"Late... of course!"
The words pressed on escaped tainted, rosy lips in a bewildered hiss as graceful and recumbent clicks echoed through the streets by vehement steps of deadly-inched glittering heels nicely decorated at the feet of contrasted porcelain skin that almost sparkled like moonlit sand. The only graceful sway but barely hasty movements of the figure could only belong to a woman... one woman. The glossy crimson hair was collected neatly by silver pins, letting the untamed hair fire up at the top, spiky strands cascading off of the wild pile towards the bottom, wonderfully creating a stunning effect to the contours of the woman's almost heart-shaped face. A black bow with an engraved diamond perched along the sidelines of the more simpler part of the hair, giving a nice but simple touch to the nice expression. Natural porcelain beauty was the only decoration over the facial features and naturally highlighted ivory cheeks, but a silver chain with two silver rings traced down barely to the brim of the woman's chest where a crimson dress began to cover porcelain. The dress flawlessly molded into the natural and accentuated curves of the feline-like movement of the woman, pulled at the corner of her hip, flowing down the rest in almost frilly waves, tinted vaguely with a hint of amaranth. Despite the complex description the porcelain goddess always presented to vulnerable eyes, the outfit was actually simple and didn't scream overdress nor heavily decorated.
With a last distraught sigh, the woman had finally arrived at the place she had been summoned and required to be. Wheeling her cold-looking icy blues around--but the close intention made it oddly warm and more liquid like--the eyes finally fell upon the person awaiting for her arrival. With dancing steps, Lilly made it towards Rumasai. "Long time, no see, friend." Her musical toned voice chimed lightly, a smile curving her graceful lips. Politely, like any other goddess or princess would, her right foot stepped in front of her other one, her hands grabbing a handful of the crimson fabric, spreading it accordingly to either side, curstying for the gentleman.

Rumasai stood up, and looked at Lilly. A big grin traversed his face upon the mere sight of her. He took her hand, and gently kissed the back of it. "I'm glad to see you are well. How have you been, and what is new with you? It really has been a while. Come, please join me inside." he requested, and awaited her response.

Porcelain fingers fluttered lightly to Lilly's face, the digits adjoining to fan herself in an embarrassed way while blood began to pool lightly and innocently over the goddess' cheeks, filling the contours and finally spreading across the fullness of her cheekbones. "Oh shucks. I'm an old friend, not some stunning acquaintance. Formalities can be dropped." Speaking lightly, friendly and nicely, the chiming tone of her voice went perhaps an octave higher, letting her gentle giggle ring in the loose air. "I'm glad to see you again, Rumasai." With a slight bow of her head, causing crimson cascades to drip wildly in different directions, Lilly awaited to be led to the more comfortable place for their meeting. "Oh nothing, really. Just keeping up with Caleb's touring schedule and the misfortunes of life. And you? It's been quite the while since I've heard from you. How is your life now?" Her head tilted carefully as if keeping regards of her untamed hair and picture memory of the nonchalant sides of her face, the breath-taking, dizzying beauty still planted in each angle she decided to keep down from startling.

Rumasai kept his eyes locked onto Lilly, and he quickly shook his head from his dumbfounded state, and walked with her as he talked. "Well, I've really just been surviving. Its as you said though, life does have its misfortunes, and each one acts as another obstacle to break through. I only have to take care of myself these days, but trouble still finds me from time to time." he replied, as he reached a table with her. He pulled a seat back for her at the table, intending to handle her seating. He continued to look at her, and softly sighed. "You're just as beautiful as I remembered you were. I'm glad to see that it looks like you're taking care of yourself, or being treated well, to say the least." he said admiringly. <I couldn't be there for you... What kind of guy am I?> he thought, feeling slightly guilty about the past, but he didn't let it show.

Icy blues took vague notice of the formally dressed man's reaction, a more broader smile playing along the red-haired goddess' full, tainted lips. Gentle nods dismissed and both regarded the words spoken towards her, her thick, black lashes following her movements in unison. Before any reply could have been promptly composed, Rumasai had already beaten her to the table's seat, taking care of her seating like the cavalier he really was. The rich color that had invaded her lifted cheekbones flushed almost entirely in a perplexed mannerism. The full, tainted lips were parted but no sound escaped them, stunned in the moment of his charming manners. "Thank you," Lilly had barely mouthed, her feet gliding across their peripherals, reaching the seat and setting her lithe figure on the chair, collecting the flowing crimson of her dress underneath herself to neatly sit down. Thick lashes fanned agitatedly once again, the matching color invading her cheeks as it had occurred before. "Oh..." no words could be pronounced nor decently composed at this moment. Lilly had been so keen to decline her naive side that it had been showing prodigiously, leaving her slightly baffled. "You're such a flatterer... I'm glad. You're still the same as I remember you." The same stunning smile crossed her lips unintentionally but it beamed the warmth and whole-hearted intentions of her means. "So you live alone? Why? No damsel in distress to save anymore?" Despite the soundings of the sentence and their knitted past, the tone of her voice placated any misinterpretation that might have been laced into it.

Rumasai's heart felt as if it had lifted, and he went to go and sit down, just across the small circular table from Lilly. "On the contrary, there's no longer a damsel worth risking my life for anymore. I'll admit, I miss it, but I messed it up by disappearing for so long without notice." he stated, still thinking on the past. <And I still can't believe that...> he thought again. "Anyhow, are you hungry? I hear they have all sorts of great foods here, and a waiter is likely to be addressing us soon. What do you think? Does dinner sound okay to you?" he asked Lilly, a smile still on his face.

Upon hearing the gentleman across from her elaborate his little confession of still dwelling in emotions of the past, the breath-taking woman turned her head just the slightest, her lashes lowering to perhaps hide the smallest of tints shifting into her icy blues. A vague twitch brought life to the corner of her lips. "Rumasai..." the tone of her voice was coaxed by a stern undertone, her eyes planting firmly and seriously on his face. But as quickly as the motherly composure structured over her body, the subject was changed to their cheery and happy moments which honestly had managed to distract the short-spanned woman. The chin angled in thought, her eyes whipping to the ceiling in deep ponder, her tongue swerving around her stained lips. She knew she was hungry and denying a nice meal wouldn't be bad. "It sounds delightful." The outcome of her emotions shifted as quickly as they came, turning back to her formally stunning and poised demeanor.

A waiter walked to the table Rumasai and Lilly sat at with a miniature notepad and a pen in his hand. "Are you guys ready to order?" the waiter asked.
"Umm, I guess I'll start. Can I just get a dish of 'Chicken Fettuccine' and any carbonated beverage?" he replied in a quiet voice.
The waiter wrote down Rumasai's simple order. "Very well then," he started, and looked toward Lilly. "and what will you be having this evening, madam?" he asked politely.

Lilly, to a certain extent, could tolerate human food as long as they were in small portions or drenched in blood. Her upper lip curled the smallest to expose her pearly whites, her fangs edging against her lower lip, pinching them down. She promised Rumasai she'd eat with him and she would keep her word. Bringing her slender, porcelain hand to her stained lips, faking a vague cough, quickly poising herself again. Embarrassed, she pointed at the food she wanted, which was basically a stake raw, and since this was a world were creatures dwelt in, blood was an optional beverage, which she pointed at as well, tracing her fingers across the plastic until she clapped the menu together, handing it to the young waiter.

The waiter took both of the menus. "I'll have everything to you shortly, thank you very much." he said, and took off.
"On the contrary, thank you." Rumasai said just before the waiter took off. he then looked toward Lilly, and a slight grin stretched across his face. "So, what's new in life? Is there a new guy since I disappeared? Anything at all?" he asked Lilly, maintaining a little smile. He pulled seat a little closer to the table, and slightly leaned forward.

Icy blues followed behind the waiter as he left the table to go fetch their food, her ears picking up when Rumasai began to revive their disturbed conversation. The goddess sat there for a moment, absent of words to form a coherent conversation again. How was she going to put this? As if her question had been horribly answered, a young, handsome man walked up towards their table, black favoring his attire, raven hair neatly combed and waved at the contours of the jawline. His deep ebony stared right through Rumasai, his smile smug with self-satisfaction. His alabaster skin denoted a faint olive hue, looking like it was made of granite.
"Hello, princess. New boy toy?" The voice didn't have the raspy but soft tenor tone Lilly had expected to hear, but instead it had more of a hiss denote, sparking chills through anyone's spine. "Where's the saint? What's his name... Caleb. Yes. Caleb. Does Caleb know about this?"
Lilly, who didn't really have any idea of who this person was, sat there, blinking perplexed, the color flushing once again from her body. "Excuse me," her tone had become very trilling and almost child-like, "Who are you? How do I know you?" A more self-confident tone overpowered over her voice, her legs shifting in any case.
Letting out a dark chuckle, the tall man brought his fingers to fix the tie hanging down from his neck collar, shifting his weight towards the stunning woman. "Well, if you know Gerard, you must know me, sweetheart."
"Nocturne." Lilly's eyebrows knitted together, her lips turning down in dismay. The stunning beauty lost all the beam she had inside of her as if a dawning had suddenly rose into her, but now it settled and simmered, causing several of scowls to pull different creases on her face, still managing to look graceful and breath-taking. "I hope you don't have Caleb in your possession. You'll taste the same thing your twin tasted." Something around a fierce little growl left Lilly's lips as she turned her head away from the man that reassembled Gerard. These were the times she wished that he were the one there with them instead of his twin that she had just met.
"Alright... fine." Nocturne said in the only tones that scared even the most fearsome woman everyone hated but loved. Pacing away, the tall man stomped his way out, a lingering air of cold and fret stayed behind, making the beautiful princess shiver.
"Sorry about that."

Seeing Nocturne's seemingly inhuman stare toward him, Rumasai began to think. <Who's he to be giving me a look like that?> he wondered, not coming to any conclusions. He grew slightly irritated, but refused to show it, as he shook it off and once again, tried living for tonight, and making tonight all it could be. "You know, if you're uncomfortable with that question, then you don't have to answer it." Rumasai said, his throat feeling slightly swollen, his eyes remaining narrow. The man's stare had certainly bothered him to extent, but he didn't want to show it. "Okay, really, it's your pick now. What would you like to talk about?" he asked.

Blood slowly began to flow through the woman's face, pooling in the only areas Lilly knew she'd been given out. Her hand instinctively went to her chest just where the opening of her dress was exposing porcelain skin, her fingers twirling around the silver chain the hung loosely from her neck where, at the end, two silver rings--one thicker than the other--clung together. "No, it's fine." She said, a wistful smile playing along her rosy lips. Her mind plagued with pictures of her adoration. The blond, impossibly tall, pale-blued saint she adored and had been going out for two years now. Every time she blinked, she would've sworn that his image had been glued to the insides of her eyelids. A more natural and happy smile matured over her lips as the images of how they had met swarmed her mind. "Well... yes, I do have someone." Her icy blues wheeled around from around her thick, combed lashes, the icy blue color taking a lavender color, tinting more to a purple until the color finally stopped at a light shade of pink. As if intent to change the subject, her shoulder shrugged to herself as if surprised. "Did you know that Gerard got married and has a nice family now? Shame that once he turned okay, not fully good, an evil twin shows up."
