[wha?]
"Why not Im hungry?" Laika asked softly stopping both her tune and her footsteps. She studied the building hed said hadnt contained food. All she need was a soft simple soul and it would be a satisfing Meal. For Now she was self centered, the need to elimnate the hunger in her belly , the fire in her body as it yearned for a crimsion feast of warm fresh blood.
Touching her amulet subconciously she thought about the young meal that followed her. Karuma, he wasnt simple, not soft, she could feel his strength but she wondered none the less what it would taste like, his blood, would it be bad manners to bite the man that had befriended her. Her only guide to the city until her Master found her.
Because though she had touched the amulet the idea would become reality in the form of a vision to be inflicted on Karuma. A ghost image of being bitten would assalt his vision, Something only the teen would see. So Maybe it was a good thing the park was quiet this evening. What wasnt know if by touching the charms power would be a beacon to her Master Lightening a path to where she was

Still running through the streets, the young-looking adult came to a rough halt, something inside his shirt kept pulsing, burning his skin just a little. Mindlessly, he took out whatever the source was tucked inside his button-up shirt to reveal the amulet he had forgotten about quite the centuries ago. His eyes widened, perplexed. No horror emotion was stamped over his flawless complex, but a simple, cynical smirk. "She's back," he stressed the last word further enough to creep anyone else surrounding him listening to what he had to say which made the happiness creating a warm sensation into his body grow. Without any more hesitation, he followed along the amulet's guidance, not immediately encountering the target until the amulet turned a crimson color. His eyes fixed into a locking, devouring stare directly at Laika. "She's..." he clenched his fist at seeing the handsome, young boy with her. She can't interact... she's not capable of holding her hunger for too long... For a few more minutes, Nocturne kept his fierce stare at the two walking around in the midst, quiet parts of the park. Analyzing the boy, after all, maybe he could just be the perfect bait in case something were to happen. Nocturne's personal lab rat. Nocturne grinned evilly at the thought. He was already starting to like the turn over of this situation.

"I don't... nnmm." Karuma had gone to answer the young girl only to get that black out feeling. He closed his eyes pressing the wrist of his left hand into his left eye like something painful were in it. The vision Laika had caused him shot into his mind like ice breaking in a cloud of white before turning into a terrfying haze of greyish colors. He could feel the all to real bite on his neck causing his body, though physically fine to break out in several sharp trembles. He backed away from Laika with a muffled, airy whimper forced out between clenched teeth. Being bitten was a nightmare he could barely survive. The vision assaulting him both mentally and unfortunately physically vanished in due time leaving the boy crouched on the ground with his right hand slenderly extended to hold up his upper weight. A strange cold sweat had started around his temples as he struggled to control a fear all to real.

The Nightmare was all to real as to begin with she felt drawn to Karuma. It was a thing she hadnt wanted yet her body and hunger had commanded her senses. She held the teen like a lover as she took the first bite. Piercing his neck with soft white fangs. Only once did she glance towards her Master daring him in that glance to defy her wish, her need as Karumas strong blood burnt her throat as she drank. Laika whispered sweet nothings into the damaged mind of her friend and victimn. She followed him to the floor, trying to coax him upwards again. Laika wouldnt need much more to last her to her next victimn. That one would it meet its death at her Kiss. Karumas blood was making her dizzy with its strength she wouldnt be able to take much more. It was surprising shed lasted these few precious minutes already.

Clenching his fist tightly in lighting hatred, Nocturne's eyes narrowed, the look in piercing control, burning down glaciers into water. His steps, quick, paced and long trailed him forward into his destiny, the girl, his apprentice, which he had been an incubus to for the longest of times. Slender, grim hands quickly plucked into the air, fingers like a beak already obtaining control of the glowing amulet causing the nightmare into the boy's head. "STOP." With a simple command, the voice of the raven-haired man absorbed the power and grimaced. With an involuntary step back, the hand gave a jolt to the necklace, forcing the girl back like a dog attached to a collar. <Stop it, Laika...> Mind communication and demand was a beautiful devour in the man's eyes. With a sway of his head, his eyes locked unto the boy shuddering from the image he had before. His alabaster hand quickly pin-pointed his shoulder and perched in the same target. "Boy... are you alright?" Asked Nocturne's voice in a much more less demanding tone, prompt to make it sound soft and swayed, almost like a psycho doctor's voice, but less chilling into the circumstance... for now.

Laika paid no heed at first to her master's command. She wanted to struggle against him to drink more of Karumas sweet red blood. It was only when she was forced away with a single sweep did she look at Nocturne with hatred in her cold red eyes. ~Master He is Mine ~ She hissed angry like a scalded cat, as for now she had to be content with simply watching, knowing she had lost her prize in a single mistake, she would have to wait on Nocturnes benevolence in having it returned ~give him back... He is Mine~ Laika demanded once more ~you do not need this one~ She attempted a telepathic attack to wards Nocturne sending him that which would cause him Pain.
In her anger though she still wasn't thinking straight, plus the few mouthfuls of Karumas blood because of his strength as a seer, and the fact it was her feed she had taken for herself in a Long time, had given her a buzz almost like a high, after all why else would she been so angry so reckless in front of one stronger than she, her father and Master.
Just so she can have More?

[I'm going to attempt a good post but I was warring with myself over I wanted to put and i feel like throwing up because my dinner was mini cupcakes, a brownie and now i'm eating yogurt which makes me throw up. worst choices ever -_-]
Karuma was moments into the vision when Laika sunk her own fangs in. Between the confusion of the vision and the physical pain inflicted upon him the boy's mind was to confused to tell the difference and give him a decent reaction. Overloaded, his body rejected information giving Laika more then she bargained for. The vision inflicted upon him was reflected back into Laika's mind as she took in his blood. As his knees relented under him and he wound up on the ground, Laika still hanging on for the last drop, his body gave out one more defense and that was as she drank his blood to not only rush a slew of visions but small shocks to give a head ache or far worse. After these started, Nocturne had pulled Laika from his neck and in that seperating moment a force of air came off the young man in a ring like a gale breeze. He had no answer to the older man's question but a quivered moan as his hands clutched his temples and the other began to trail off towards his neck.

[get better, buttercup. :3]
With a scathing attempt, Nocturne's eyebrows quickly furrowed, encountering in a scowl, thinning his lips to hissing point as mere threat when gazing into Laika's foolish expression. A smirk seemed to curl into the corner of the older man's lower lip as his eyes shifted back at the impaled, young man. His eyelids lamped down just to give full focus at the hand creeping up to the crevasse on his neck which brought a meek frown unto the raven-headed man. "Don't..." promptly, Nocturne had intervened by stroking a slender finger over Karuma's flesh wound, giving it an immediate heal. "When in state of shock, you shouldn't reach for instincts." The slithery, soft-bass, toned voice retaliated in save, stretching his arm to register and flick it several of times in front of him, helping him up with a small stagger of his right leg. His other hand, still, kept tight, firm grip of the amulet on Laika's neck, giving it subtle tugs, insubordinate to relinquish still.
[sucky post, sweet.]

Her short attack had come to nothing but her own pain. Of her attack towards Nocturne she had forgottern the rules of the amulet, While he had control of it all her attacks would simply rebound onto her.
"Please"Her voice was soft but she couldnt keep the pain and desperation from her voice. Laika found she was stuck in the spot Nocturne had left her at "I didnt Mean to hurt him Master I am hungry, Im sorry"
She sunk her head into her hands as if the very action would dismiss the pain that now throb at her temples, or the hunger in her bell. It gave the appearance of a very fragile creature,, which at the core of her being she was the earlier anger all but gone leaving pain in its place.

Karuma's hand stopped on it's way to his neck, falling back towards his side and then the ground at Nocturne's blunt command. He gave a small nod to let the older man know he'd heard his advice though he would probably never remember it for later. His attacks had ceased on Laika shortly after she'd retreated from him and his body instead worked on some sort of recovery, on figuring out what the heck just happened to it. He blinked a few, hard times as Nocturne helped hoist him to his feet. The action registered vaugly in his mind and he put his own effort into it after a second's hesitation. The boy was to stunned to do anything with himself, the tired feeling caused from the blood loss was slowly creeping over him further confusing him. He'd realized Nocturne's presence in full now, wondering where the man had come from and further more if he'd simply had a vision or if the ordeal had been real. Again, his hands made a journey towards his head this time falling across his face, rubbing it in hopes of clarity. He needed instruction but had no means of obtaining it except in a blurry mess from his own concious.
[uhm... that seems boring but, he'll bounce back next post I suppose ^^]

Slowly, Nocturne patted Laika's head like if she were some good, maliced cat. "There, there..." he cooed gently, letting his hand slide down the steep of her neck and down her chest to touch the amulet to control her heeding hunger. His eyes trailed back to the boy under his moon-shaped, rim-horn glasses, lifting his head to take a closer look and detect he was OK. Nocturne had some weird and unknown background of doctor in his past, the classic trait of a psycho. "Are you OK, boy? What happened?" The older man asked, stalling the other thought quite quickly before Karuma could even become to fathom whatever had taken over him.

Nocturnes soft touch seemed to pacify her, like the soothing touch of a Mothers embrace and being told everything would be okay. The hunger didnt dissapate completely as it had supposed to, but it was that of a dull ache in her stomach now. She needed still to feed but her Master was in control now back like hed planned it. She looked at Nocturne with blind faith that he would indeed fix it all, and make Karuma better. There was relief too that he wasnt Mad at her "Master"She whispered still staying where Hed put her "Will he be okay?"She whispered softly keeping her voice quiet less Karuma would hear her.

Karuma's fingers made a slow decent down his eyes, hovered on his lips while he pondered the question thrown at him and then they dropped off his chin. His hazy gaze had missed Laika cowering in her master's shadow leaving him with the frightening wonder if he had passed out in the breif time of what he was sure had been a terrifying ordeal of a vision. "I-uh." His fingers made a delicate escape through his hair again. "It was nothing." He finally whispered. What could he say to this strange man that would make any sense? It hadn't to him. His fingers finally strayed to his neck despite the man's warning but found nothing but smooth skin. A look of clarity started to take his face now. "I'll be fine." He murmured the words, just begining to take confidence in them. "I just..." His eyes swam through his surroundings. "Over whelming migrains." He lied through a thin smile. Blind looking blue eyes had fallen on Laika, finding her figure cowering behind one of the man's legs.

For a moment, Nocturne strayed from both voices answering his questions. He found himself pondering, above all, about the situation, but he still seemed confident in his actions. His head slowly turned down to look at his apprentice who was hiding behind him in cowardice. Maybe he had gone too far with his commands. "He's fine, Laika." His heed was quickly glanced towards Karuma, clearly watching the boy with minor frivolity. The least Nocturne could do in redemption for Laika's behavior was to offer him a nice, warm cup of tea or a bite to sooth down his daze. "Come. I'll get you a cup of tea and perhaps a bite to calm down your... pains." Between Nocturne's velvet tone, the small pause seemed more of a hesitation than a confinement of words to search for. Silently, he glided gracefully, taking Laika along in his arm with lack of effort and immense strength, leading the young boy through the streets.

Laika looked over at Karuma before Nocturne scooped them both up. He'd didnt look fine but she'd have to trust in Nocturne. Trust he wouldnt hurt her new 'friend'. "Master there is a 'place' Nearby He was leading me there..before"She offered softly trying to remeber where Karuma had been taking her before her accidently biting him. "I dont think its far..."She was feeling a little more confident now but she kept up the Meek apperance to prevent either male's anger towards her. Her mind on food watching people as she passed them as she kept pace with Nocturne curious to where they were going and if the bite hed mentioned would include food for her.
(this post is blah.... sorry i couldnt come up with anything better)
