Noctem's Scripts Here lie the code of conduct you must follow. They are guidelines to make you a better member throughout this site and to help keep the site viewable and able to be joined by other members for their heart's content.
Please make sure to not break these rules, all of them are entailed with a warning and eventually a punishable discussion that could mean a banning process.

Informational Mortuary This are is specifically reserved for announcements for the site and updates made about the site. Administrators have most access to the sub-boards inside of this generally made board with exceptions.
A suggestion sub-board has been conveniently placed inside of this board for announcements and updates. The admins making the site a better place also count on the member's satisfaction about the site and they'd like to hear about it in the suggestions thread about your boggling ideas to make the site a better place for the whole writing community.

Dead Men Tell No Tales
Communicative Tales Besides the spam section, some people do have a need to just have a serious communication session which is conveyed either through rantings, a general discussion or a specific topic. Whichever it might be, the formulated idea will go here for those who love to chat and get other ideas from members.
Ranting board is provided with the idea that the responsibility of a member is to keep cursing to a minimum even if it is an easy outlet when it comes through writing. It entails having to keep disclosing who the person that's being ranted about anonymous most of the time for private purposes. Racial bashing or any other disrespectful bashing whatsoever will be deleted or forewarned. Stated opinions are valid without having a heated sense of ignorance in said post.
Specific discussions are kept specific and on-topic. Other topics are to remain in different threads or the spam section. General discussions can be something vague, i.e. - schools. A general topic that gives a broad span of space to talk about any school whether it expands from kindergarten to college or not.
Keep this board spam free. It's easier to read, viewable and a serious board section of the site. Moderator: Beyond.

Dead Finally! This board is exclusively and ONLY for threads that make an excuse of why you were away or why will you be absent and for how long. Grounding does count or even being away from the site for a while to do something. It also counts if you don't have time to say your goodbyes and just wish to make an announcement saying you'll be back later or tomorrow. Do not, however, post every five minutes when you leave. Role Playing
Personal Character Slot - 2 Viewing Explicit character sheets detailed with life adventures, histories and other descriptions will be maintained in here for each and Noctem's unique made and original characters, ready for action in the melodramatic role playing section widely known as Nocturne Sanctuary. Be sure to read the rules and character requirements before creating spontaneously a character. Moderator: Beyond.
Looking Into the Character Here, you get insight of the character's head. If you have any plotting ideas that are too frivolous to get role played or that haven't gotten role played but they need to be explained in some way, they can be recorded here in a personal character journal or a character diary.
Get creative with your journal, diary format. If you'd like to role play your character doing something and then busying themselves writing in their journal, do as you please as long as the journal or diary entry is recorded and can be read in the post.
This is a good idea for those who'd like to know more about a character not only through their history or their format but also the way they think and the things they do to get to know them better. Moderator: Beyond.
The World's Additional Info Besides the fleeting information and descriptions for each world, additional information for your understanding will be included in here for each world in Nocturne Sanctuary. Rules will also apply. With centuries of patience, help and hard labor, the gods were able to bless and deem this structured, lavished and lush terrain Noctem Sanctuarium.
As a land of great riches, harmony and comfort, Noctem Sanctuarium bustled with humans and creatures alike who'd come to enjoy the fruitful vegetation. Some would come to seek a new lifestyle; to others, Noctem would serve as a faraway haven to escape their own reality. No matter the situation, the land always provided its inhabitants their most desired ambitions and wishes, but they were those who took advantage of this opportunity... <br>Gloated with power and self-proclaimed divinity, the dark ones eventually took the terrain hostage and stripped it of its luster until not a single drop of plant life was left, leaving destruction, chaos and heartache in its place.
This destruction being the snake in the Garden of Eden, nothing was able to be restored with the same grace, effort and semblance as before. The sin and darkness still lingered with a bitter aftermath, stringing along its course more evil and impending doom in the air. Even after the place was restored from its downfall, these menace still corrupt the terrain wherever they step, creating a sense of daunt and bloodcurdling places hard to inhabit.
Fiction and Non-Fiction Write stories that are real or fantasy. Fan fictions and Non Fan Fictions are also permitted, but you must keep your contents at a low rating. You may be permitted to use R in some ratings with some restrictions. Not too much explicit content, violence or sexual insinuations or actions.
