Morgan had closed his eyes, if he couldnt escape, then he would shut out the devil who held him in his arms, choosing not to answer Nocturne right to his last statement, tensing his body as he felt himself being touched. "Youre not my uncle you're just a freak Nocturne" He answered cooly not even registering that Gerard had indeed come to his rescue. It was only when Gerard spoke ordering him to run along home did he open his eyes staring at Nocturne's Inert form.
"What did you..... do?" Morgan demanded still rooted to his spot, instantly forgivining Gerard for scaring him at the Graveyard, and idolising him more for coming to his rescue. Morgan didnt move until he was sure Gerard had dissappered with Nocturne, not caring for the latters fate, thinking he'd deserved anything hed got. Ordnirally even Gerard would of faced a retort for telling him to simly run along but tonight, he did as he was told no question running all the way back to his quiet house.
"I hope Lenix is still asleep" he thought to himself letting himself in ready to creep upstairs to the safety of his room. Morgan loved his sister dearly, he just didnt want to be interrogated by her,and tell her a hundred times he was in one piece. So far he'd made it as far as his bedroom door taking the assumption that if Lenix's door was shut shed be asleep and that he was free to forget for a while about the nights events.

A tall shadow danced in the darkness of Morgan's room when he finally got home. The tall silhouette shifted across the room, shifting into the overwhelming darkness until it found the light to the path... there stood Llyan, his gray finger still on the switch that had flicked the light on. His expression wasn't warm and delicate, but instead it was cold and glowering mixed in with alarmed and worried. The teenage boy had worried the couple more than he intended to worry them assuming them in peaceful slumber, which didn't happen. His black, feathery wings were furiously gaining control, tucking over his body before Llyan lost his temper. His lips were thinned, his temperamental expression remained concealed behind the furious mask. His eyebrows burrowed, awaiting Morgan's answer.

Morgan swore under his breath as the light flickered on. Studying both his parents expressions he knew he was in big trouble. He couldnt recall a time ever seeing that look on his father's face, nor his father to react so... so upset. His mother was sat on the bed, her hands knotted together. Phoenix wasnt sure if she wanted to embrace her son , to check he was in one piece, or to chatise him for worrying them both half the night
"Well Morgan do you have an explanation for where you've been"?"She demanded with a cool tone, her face neutral of emotion. her hands clapsed together to hide her own agitation at her missing child. She'd been as worried as Llyan had been, but now she chose not to let her son see how upset she had been.
Morgan gulped softly telling the truth would be hard, he didnt even know if Lenix had ratted him out, although he highly doubted it but that was a possibility he had to account for "I was out .... Hunting....." He murmered softly chosing to face his father out of his parents. " With Uncle Gerard That is okay isnt it?" He asked tring to sound humble guessing that was the way to earn thier forgiveness, hoping to be saved once more by Gerard when and if his parents checked up on his excuse. He'd know in moments if he was belived or hed been ratted out by his beloved sister.
Phoenix bit her lip not trusting herself to speak yet. If she believed her son wh hadnt her brother walked him home. The excuse had that flaw in it. She looked over to Llan letting him be first to speak whilst she gathered herself quietly together.

Immediately after Morgan had mentioned Gerard's name, Llyan's expression smoothed into a little more relief stress. The breath he held inside in his lungs exited in gusts out of his thinned lips and his eyes closed, thanking goodness for Gerard being there. His lips parted to talk, but the gray demon drew breath once again and held it in, speculating closely his son's retaliation. If he was with Gerard, why didn't Morgan come with Gerard through the front door? It didn't make sense. The raven-haired savior always made sure to calm down the parents to get his favorite nephews off the hook which made his eyes narrow in suspicion. Besides, the older vampiric man would as well come to visit his sister and say hello. He'd never leave without greeting his beloved. His narrowed, silver eyes prompted from the kid quickly to his wife. A gray arm slowly searched for the threshold, twisting it around and opening it, leaning in with his elongated feet cornered into the wall, "I'll check if the story is compatible." Quickly murmured Llyan loud enough for both of them to hear, but he was held aghast, a jump made him return into the room as a sigh of relief quickly exited his lungs. "Fuck, Gerard... you scared me." Standing in the shadows stepped in--once again--the raven-haired man with a wry smile slanted over his parched, pink lips. "You know how we vampires can be, Llyan. Sorry I startled you." His voice remained the same flat, but velvety, soft-bass tone of before. Closing the few steps between him and Phoenix, he approached the bed slowly and kissed the woman's forehead gently, giving a soft flick to the hair on her side, tucking it behind her ear, accentuating her beautiful features. "Hello, sister."

Morgan didnt dare say more, holding his breath as Llyan explained he was going to check out his story. He crossed his arms and made his wings twich slightly, -didnt his parent's trust him anymore? - It was a thought he didnt dare let voice. He was pretty much in enough trouble already. He jumped slightly hearing his father swear, his father never swore not in front of him anyway. A smile crept on Morgan's lip, a soft sigh of relief. Gerard had obviouslly followed him and was here to save him again... he hoped. "Brother...."Phoenix smiled looking up her tense body relaxing as he offered her the botherly kisses on her forehead. Now Gerard was around she'd get to the truth of her son's night wanderings"Morgan tells us you took him on an un-sanctioned hunt tonight is this true?"She asked her eyebrow slightly raised, her tones cool and firm, not yet entirely beliving her son's story not till she'd heard the same from Gerard.

Hazel hues slowly shifted towards Morgan, Gerard biting swiftly down on his lower, rosy lip with his pearly fang. His eyes quickly shifted back and nodded in agreement to her comment. "Yes, ma'am. We don't want the boy biting anything that comes his way now, do we? He's much too young." The raven haired man began to ramble on, acting like an over-protective uncle. He knew Phoenix would buy it; after all, she knew she wanted to believe her son but Gerard had to prod in more with his story if he wanted to fully convince Llyan. "But at this time at night, Gerard?" Llyan slanted his figure so it landed leaning against the wall behind him, his wings cradling his body in them, his arms crossed, skeptical. Quickly turning around with a wild flip of his hair, he let the raven locks drip upon his alabaster skin in choppy directions. "We want Lenix live until she's an adult, I assume?" Raising his eyebrow, his arms crossed, inflicting the comment deep within his companions thought supported by expressions. The gray demon blinked several of times before agreeing in defeat. "Can you just please let us a note next time? We were worried dead."
"Of course, my friend," Gerard's voice maintained the soft-velvety tune. "I'll try to be more careful in not getting a little too trusty." Brilliantly, he flashed a toothy grin, calmly pacing around towards the door before shuffling himself against the threshold.

"Thank you Gerard" Phoenix smiled softly "We do appreicate you taking time from your busy scheldue to chaperone him, these nights. I hope we haven't offended you with our questions...but sometimes Morgan.... Well" She shrugged offering a sweet smile "Wh dont you come downstairs and tell me how the hunt went. Its been to long since Ive... we have had the pleasure of your company. Brother" "I wouldnt bite Lenix" Morgan mumbled under his breath, the tips of his wings flickered once more in agitation. It was true , he hadnt bitten his older sister since... well maybe once as a Kid. Besides if it came to that shed beat him in an kind of fight any day you please. Later he'd have to thank Gerard for not once but three times that night.

Furrowing his brows, Gerard shot a look towards Morgan quickly, letting himself drape over the idea that going downstairs was just the greatest of ideas. ~I have to convince your father somehow, Morgan.~ The raven-head communicated through mind, offering his million-prized smile he charmingly revealed for pictures. With great plea, he took the suggestion to talk about the hunt downstairs with his sister and brother-in-law, dragging both in a gentleman way before they could drag him towards the kitchen or living room downstairs. It was something they wouldn't notice or he'd convey more as a hurry of his own time. Llyan followed around with any other word, just pointing his silver eyes at Morgan as if saying he was off the hook this time, keeping pace with the invited guest that beckoned them to follow along.
As quickly as they had disappeared, a new figure had appeared in the teenager's room. The new figure had bright-silver hair, contrasting in a snowy-white haze comparing to the moon's silver rays. Her skin had a more warm glow, but still white like her mother's. Her eyes a deep crimson. The silver-haired vixen girl had a white, spaghetti strapped top and blue pajama pants, a little too wide for her figure and too baggy for her slim legs. The brim of the pants barely clung to her hips for safety, letting just vague touch of warm skin exposed in between the top and the pajama pants--which were a comfortable cotton fiber material. Her hair cascaded down straightly unto her shoulders, the rest that finished down to her chest swirled in thin, small round waves that accentuated her personality, defining it with graceful perfection. "Morgan, are you alright?" Her arms were already embraced around the boy, her soothing voice chiming lowly in her exasperated breath. "As soon as I heard mom and dad sneak into your room, I informed Uncle Gerard." The whisper of her voice only communicated between the two, trying not to let the parental figures downstairs hear too much of the conversation.

Phoenix was pleased to be swept along with Gerard, like as not she wouldnt sleep tonight anyway. Tomorrow she'd take Morgan toone side for one of her talks but tonight he was indeed of the Hook, Slipping arounf the other side of Gerard just to be next to her husband she looped her arm around his offering this quiet comfort hoping to sooth the silver demon. "So how was your hunt Brother did you remember to feed yourself?"She asked knowing she had blood packs to offer her guest, knowing after she'd request details hoping he'd remember to leave out any gorey parts for Llyan sakes. "And tell me have you heard from Lily recently"She asked trying to coax him towards there cosy living room.
~You didnt have to use her as an excuse but I guess I should thank you for tonight, ~ Morgan scowled watching the three leave the room ~so thanks Uncle Gerard I owe you one ~ Tonight he wasnt feeling so poliete and well mannered. He flinched every muscle tighting once more as Lenix looped her arms around his neck. "Lenix! I wish you wouldnt sneak up on me" He demanded with a smile taking the preoffered hug with ease needing its comfort. The telling of this was how he wrapped his wings around too "you were right as always I shouldnt of gone, and thanks for rescuing me sis, although im sure Uncle Gerard loves to play protector as much as you do" He offered as a Light Jest et his words fell flat. Morgan really wasnt in the Mood to make jokes.

The raven-haired angel's lips twitched slightly on the corner into a disgusted twist, trying to let out Morgan's scowl out of his mind. The least he could do was keep his tone nicer than usual, saving him three times from the nightmares, but he didn't think it proper to be so selfish. Scaring the poor boy senseless with his theatrical demeanors wasn't the best idea, so he did have a reason for being so grumpy towards him. Being out of focus for a minute, Gerard's green hues turned slowly towards Phoenix, jumping back and forth for a second between the married couple. Huh? He asked mentally to himself, giving a little shake to his raven dripings. "Yes, I did. The hunt was pretty well. More willing little pretty boys and girls lure along my path. I guess it helps that I'm a rock star." Giving one of his million-priced, sweet chuckles, the raven-haired vampire smile slowly diminished back into his thinned, parched lips, his eyebrows encountering in almost a furious scowl at the mention of the name Lilly. A billion emotions shifted through his eyes and his pale skin, making it three layers lighter than his already granite skintone. "I haven't heard from Lilly in a while..." he whispered truthfully and almost shamefully, craning his head for distractions, trying to change the subject. "But anyway, Morgan is a good boy, you shouldn't ground him nor give him that usual speech," the man spoke between his straining, clenching fangs.
Being wrapped in between soft, feathery wings, Lenix squirmed and strained in between her brother's embrace, prying free finally with a wistful slant of the lips. "Anything for my little brother, but try to stay out of trouble next time." Her chiming voice chastised in a motherly tone, just like her mother's. Her weight shifted to her right thigh, her leg sticking out and dragging across the floor to emphasize her plea. "Anyway... tell me what happened. Why were you passed your curfew?"

The soft yet chastising tone scratched at Morgan's ears causing him to retreat one step back with a soft scowl "I can't help getting into trouble Lenix..." He muttered under his breath, not wanting to upset or anger his one ally. As he stood his wings twitched nervously he was still in shock after the nights events. He needed a hot shower to clean away the dirt of Nocturnes touch, the closeness of he could almost still feel. "Sis I just had something I had to do...." He offered with a shrug, he didn't want her disapproval, in what had been a nightmare and right now he didn't feel like sharing besides he doubt even Lenix would understand his reasons for going.Besides if she'd found out Gerard's true role in the first parts of the nights horror, well right now Morgan wasn't sure what she'd do something unwise and utterly stupid he was sure of that anyway. "Anyway who woke you, I was sure you were asleep when I left?" He asked raising one dark eyebrow as his wings twitched once more as he suspected a spell or a trick left there by one over protective sister, or worse parent.
As Gerard spoke softly of his hunt Phoenix smiled with soft amusement as she stood next to Llyan her arm slightly resting around her husbands waist. - that and you have the look of an fallen saint - she mushed to herself veiling her thoughts from Llyan. He was tense enough already without misunderstanding a stray thought. Her smile disappeared as she saw by mentioning Lilly's name, it had been in error, upsetting him . It would be added to names she must never mention, it was something though she didn't dwell on as Gerard moved the conversation quickly back to the nights events. "Why would I ground him? After all he was out with you all night?"Phoenix asked warily her body tensing slightly, as she misread his body signals , thinking he was reprimanding them for any punishment Morgan might receive in the Morning. "Morgan is still a child, and as such its expected we are to know if hes going to be out at night. It is appreciated that you take time from what must be a busy schedule to spend with him, and there has been improvements within him , but if he is allowed the privilege to hunt at night, he has to learn enough responsibility to inform us he is going out and with whom." She spoke with a soft clipped cool voice. "He also has to learn what happens when he doesn't inform us and leave us to worry like we have tonight"

Finally folding her arms, Lenix's eyebrows furrowed in an encountering disapproval already, her lips slowly thinning to conceal her anger--which wasn't working very well. She knew there was something more going on the situation, she knew her brother too well especially when he avoided questions like these and changed the subject quickly. After Morgan asked his question, an idle moment of silence swept over the air as she sashayed her way towards the door, "Men think a lot of things, brother." She said in a quiet tone, coaxing her feelings with apathy, letting the lump on her throat crack her voice just the smallest. She twirled indifferently now towards her room, trying to be subtle about how wounded she had been that not even her own brother would confide in her from how many times she'd save his rear. Tonight wasn't the best of nights for the demoness.
Llyan had sat himself courteously next to his wife, letting her hand embrace his warm skin around the waist with no problem, but it had caused him to twitch just the smallest. His silver eyes quickly shimmered to Phoenix when she had mentioned Lilly. Llyan, most of all, knew how sensitive this man was when it came to the mention of her and his head quickly lowered down, biting his lip momentarily to look to the other side and stall by getting up and getting drinks for them. It was better if he wasn't in the middle of any sudden occurrences and he wasn't one to get in the middle of problems nor anything.
Biting down his lower lip with a toothy, lopsided grin, the raven-haired angel twisted his eyes away from his sister's look to fiddle with his own thumbs, twirling them around as, wishing a hole would open in the ground so he could jump in it. His liquid pools flickered back, but this time, they fell upon the rising Llyan, watching his movements as he left to go fetch drinks for all of them. "Yes, yes, you're right." Gerard had finally mumbled these few words, crossing up his legs and uncrossing them in a few little struggles, trying to sensitize his mistake, coaxing it behind pursed lips. "I'll be more careful and responsible to inform you next time this occurs, Phoenix, I promise." His tone of voice was becoming very low with each breath he took, letting his icy fingers twirl around a lock of raven once again. "I'll warn you, there's some.... man," he paused, almost huffing the word, "on the loose that's... well," he began to give a few conspired coughs, trying to look around for which words to choose. "There's a man on the loose that likes to target small boys," his hands had taken Phoenix's in his, threading along carefully. "I've been hiding from you something.... that man looks awfully a lot like me. He's... my...my twin brother."

Morgan said nothing more, he felt hurt and upset. Ashamed and dissapointed in himself. Sometimes doing the right thing hurt. After all this was only the second time Lenix had onl looked at him with such frostility, up to this point he'd told her everything. But she couldnt know about Gerard, or Noturne. The more he thought of the man and the what might have beens it made his stomach churn until it became Nausous. He sat on his bed wings curled tight around him giving him the apperance of a insecure child "Im sorry Lenix" He whispered hoarsly not wanting her to hear him as she prepared to leave. After all his beloved sister couldnt sta mad at hm forever could she? "But I cant tell you"
Phoenix watched Llyan go with soft regret in her eyes. She wanted him by her side, tonight she was still a little wound up from Morgans earlier dissaperance then reapperance and this wasnt the Gerard she rescognise, he was usally calm collected and in control of the situation. Tonight though He was nervous, she'd hazard he was frightened of something... and that was never one thing she could use to describe her adoptive brother. "I trust you Gerard sometimes besides Lenix you're the only one that understands that boy"She began softly unaware of the diaster headed toward her, but once the warning given about Nocturne she stiffened , Maternal Instinct going on over drive "Then Morgan.isnt going on any night hunts....Not till the perverts caught..." His next words as he stroked her hand, reminding her of a child needing comfort but the words screamed in her brain. "Brother ...but even with twins there's a difference,,,,,"She murmered wanting to shrink from his touch, yet at the same time she wanted to offer him comfort , but there was one small doubt, niggling in her mind, as she struggled to to deal with this information. "Tell me Gerard has this,,,, this Pervert been near my boy?"She whispered low so Llyan wouldnt hear her air the niggling concern that needed to be voiced and then denied. After all so far all Gerard had said was the Hunt was succesful, but it would only take a moment to lose sight of Morgan, she knew that herself how nimble he could be and how indepently he like to hunt. She looked him square in the eyes so she'd know if Gerard chose to lie to her.

The gray demon had twisted his pained eyes to gaze back into his wife red eyes, watching the painful regret poisoning them. It creased every smooth surface of his face into melancholic remorse, but it was for her own good and for his own as well. He didn't need to be included in the conversation when clearly, the raven-haired beauty was speaking about something else, something more intimate to his wife--what Gerard considered his sister and vice versa. His body shivered momentarily, his black, feathery wings shielding the intervals of his smooth skin, shielding him from the view of his wife and his best friend. His hands began to pick up the crystal glasses from the counter, pouring into them the clear, liquid substance that easily molded into the glasses' shape. With a loud crash, crystal particles began to sparce all over the floor. Llyan had dropped the glass. "WHAT!?!?" He growled exasperated between his clenched teeth. His wings furiously began to thrust back and forth, shielding him and at the same time, exposing his furtive glower. His nose began to flare, the air exhaling out of it came out frantic and it big gusts of wind. "My son was going to be raped by... by this... your..!!" Loud stomps began to cover the floor, the other glass cracking in his hand.
* * *
The raven-haired man began to shiver. The fidgets intensified now that Phoenix had stiffly and nervously asked if his twin had been near the boy. The twin had been with the boy in the first place and he was afraid to speak the truth, but he would never dare to lie to his sister about anything... especially when Morgan was in trouble. Before he responded, his eyes had narrowed and squinted into the distance, noticing how she said the he was the only one that understood Morgan, really. Gerard hadn't realize, but he had created a bigger, stronger bond than he'd ever thought he would. At least, Morgan had allowed the bond to get stronger without Gerard noticing it. Biting his lower lip, his alabaster fingers slowly traced the raven drippings of his short-shouldered hair towards the planes of his neck. "Sis..." he squeezed her hands gently, "before I explain, I want you to know that this man has nothing different from me. Unfortunately, he has a certain power that can copy anything exactly at ease. He basically mirrors me flawlessly. It's quite hard to tell us apart." His voice trailed lowly towards a more flat, concerned voice, his green pools swirling around in tangents. Taking a slow, deep breathe, Gerard was about to speak his assuming explanation when Llyan broke in furiously braking glasses and demanding answers. His apathetic eyes didn't seem to change, but his body did began to shiver slightly. "Calm down, Llyan..." he soothed with his silky, velvety voice, but it didn't work. Obviously, Llyan was now a worried parent.

(wait... did Lenix remove herself from the room?) Morgan flinched a little, in the silence that enveloped the room he had listened to its stillness., the noise that betrayed his fathers anger in the rooms below. He was curious to what had been said to engage the wrath of his fathers anger so. But despite the ignition of his own curiosty e would stay where he was sat for a while more at least.
Phoenix waited nervous for the answer, unaware at first Llyan was listening to there quiet conversation. She glanced down at Gerard's soft touch gracing her hand. "There has to be someway.... I have lived with three sets of twins..."She tried to explain not wanting to even think how her beloved brother's other self could trick others with his apperance at ease.. She hadnt change to finish this as she flinched hearing the first glass break "Llyan...."She began shooting her beloved a warning glance "Let him speak first, please calm down or you wiill wake up Lenix and have both the children down here"She soothed in calming tones. Once shed calmed him she'd send him to check on Morgan just to give her dark angel something useful to do "Be careful of that glass"She added wanting to be free of Gerard just to remove the glass and sooth Llyans ruffled feathers. But to gain the truth she had to stay in her place however frustrating it was. Without realising it she had hardened her grip on Gerards hand, needing a realse to the tension however small so she wouldnt betray her calm exterior something she needed to keep this night "Gerard I think you should just explain...I want to hear everything.....and no skimping on the truth"She demanded softly using calm strict tones that where usually reserved for her teenage son Now she waited for answers from her beloved brother instead.
