Umbrae pushed her hair back, laughing softly. "You crazy guy...." She gave Leroy a smack on the back of the head. "What's with teaching Lycur that word? Lycur...remember what Mama said." Lycur turned and smiled, "Amana dieth rikathyl ortral!" Umbrae nodded. "That's right." Damara stared wide-eyed at Lycur. "Mama, how come I don't know those words?" Damien grinned, "Teaching your kids the ancient language?"

Lestat chuckled, "Indeed," he said softly as he headed towards the nearest cafe with Umbrae. Leroy twitched, "Ow! Sorry, dear..." he said and winked at Lycurgus, "That's my boy! Speaking the ancient language as your mother taught you." Lilly smiled at Damara, "Because the incantations you will learn first will be in German and then you'll learn the ancient language...it's all in the process," She winked as she smiled at Damien and Damara smiled as Lucian growled playfully, "Mama... I want to learn ancient language first! I want to learn with grandma Umbrae!" He pouted and Lilly turned to look at Damien.

Damien wrapped an arm around Lucien and smiled. "Don't worry. Your Grandma taught me when I was your age. I can teach you the ancient language no problem!" Umbrae called over her shoulder, "I don't want you teaching him any curse words yet!" Lucien smiled, "Yeah! I'll learn with you, Dad!" Damara smiled. "I want to learn German. Mama says it's more fun to yell in."

Lilly smiled as Lestat interrupted, "Indeed it is. Ta ta, now!" He said, walking to the cafe with Umbrae. Lilly smiled, "Yep... best part ever," she said as Damara looked at Damien, "Mama... do you and papa don't like each other anymore?" She asked with big, bright, icey blue eyes and Lilly smiled, "Of course we do, angel. We just don't want to be gross in front of our children." Leroy smiled at this remark as Lycur laughed, "Do you and mama do that too, dad?" He asked and Leroy blushed, "Well..." he looked over at Damien as Lucien smirked, "Don't be so stupid, Damara. Of course they love each other... if not, we wouldn't be here." "Watch your mouth, young man," Lilly interrupted as Damara stuck her tongue out at him.

Damien gave Lucien a nudge. "Hey, we may look young but we are older than you. You have to learn to respect us as your parents." Lucien nodded. "Yes, Dad." He pulled his eyelid down at Damara and stuck his tongue out. Umbrae followed Lestat, wondering what he could want to talk about. "Am I in trouble? Or is this about Lycur?" Lycur smirked. "I know my mama and papa love each other...I hear it every night!" Damara turned a bright red as Damien fought back a snicker.

Lucien smirked, "Tell me about it. We hear it every second! It's like if they were a broken record," he muttured and Lilly blushed, "Damien..." she whispered softly, trying to mock the moment as Damara giggled at both Lucien and Lycur's comment. Leroy followed Lilly's blush as he looked at Lyrcurgus, "Hey! I thought you were sleeping at that time!" He said, giving him a nuggie as Lycurgus growled, "Ow.. dad, ow!"

Damien grinned. "You've got a wily one there, Lee-man! Try having two!" Lucien and Damara gave him angelic smiles. Umbrae sat down with Lestat, staring at him intently. "Alright, Lestat. What is it? It has to do with our children, doesn't it?"

Lestat sighed, "Rather not. It has to do with all of you," he mused softly. "I don't know but I detect some distance between Lilly and Damien. Not good. You have to understand. I don't want the same thing happening to them like what happened to me and Lauren and the kids.. they look so happy and they expect them good parents that express love. Is it me? Maybe I'm too stressed," he said, putting his hands on his face, "Maybe I'm too old," he said softly. Lycurgus smirked, "Dad! We're here!" He said, hugging Leroy and then Lilly and Damien, "Bye Dad! Auntie.. Uncle Dee!" He said as he waited for Damara and Lucien. Lucien burried his face on Damien, hugging him, "Bye dad," he said softly, looking at him with big red eyes as he then hugged Lilly and so did Damara to Lilly and Damien and ran off with Lycurgus. Lilly looked at Damien and sighed, "They grow... so fast..."

Damien gave Lucien a little push and Damara a kiss on the top of her head. "Be good..." He grinned at Lilly. "It's amazing...just like you..." He softly kissed her neck, hugging her from behind. Umbrae folded her hands together. "Damien is new to parenting...in essence, we're both the same age...but he's my son...I know he'll do fine...He loves Lilly. I see it in his eyes."

Lycur, Lucien and Damara rushed off to school with a grin. Lilly smiled as she held Damien's arms, "Are you kidding? Just like you! They both have that... assertive attitude and warrior like qualities I so much love," she mused, kissing his cheek. Leroy smiled, "Love birds..." he whispered. Lestat grinned reluctantly, "I can see in my daughter's eyes that she loves your son very much... I just felt a distance... or maybe it was in between the kids... oh for Lucifer's sake, I'm losing it!"

Umbrae laughed as she pinched Lestat's cheek. "Aw...don't worry about it! You're so cute!! Things will be fine. I'm sure of it." Damien grinned. "Warriors...as long as they don't get into any school fights..." As Lucien was running with Lycur and Damara, he heard someone call to him, "Hey, half-breed!" The voice belonged to a boy with black hair and dark blue eyes. Lucien narrowed his eyes at him. It was Sigmund, the child of Vinny. He was bad news, being born a pure-blooded dog demon. He growled under his breath. Damara reached a hand to his shoulder. "Not on the first day, brother." Lycur stood next to him. "Hey, Tyra's staring at you." A girl with dark purple hair was leaning against a tree, her green eyes staring at the three. Tyra was Neyla's child. ((I'm pulling out all the stops XP))

Lilly looked at Leroy, "Wanna catch up with your dear wife?" She teased and Leroy flushed, "Fine," he said through clenched teeth. Lestat smirked playfully at Umbrae as she pinched his cheek, "I hope. I believe in them and I trust your son.. now let's talk about you and Lethery and the little Lycurgus." He said changing the subject with a teasing tone.
Damara watched Lucien puff up at the sight of Sigmund, but then ignored him, running off towards Tyra, "Hey!" He said in unison with Damara.

Tyra jumped a little as they said hi. She watched them warily, then smiled tentatively. "Hey..." she said in a soft voice. Lycur grinned as he watched Sigmund's face contort with anger. "Maybe next time, dude!" Sigmund hissed as Lycur laughed. Umbrae looked at Lestat seriously. "Something wrong with Lycur? I'm pretty sure he's a full blooded vampire...I can tell Lucien is the vampire/demon while Damara is the vampire/werewolf..."
